I just had my Sagan function at wedding opera on 10 July 2021. It was a horrible experience as the air conditioning wasn’t working and the temperature was about 45degrees. They were unable to fix it or find a solution and my whole function was ruined because of it. The only solution they could give was put 1 cooler in front of the stage after we paid Rs.3000/per plate for approx 100 people as compared to their regular price of 2000 per plate. Heights of exploiting the customers during Covid times monetarily and still failing to provide adequate services. As a cherry on the cake, there was a chain snatching incident with one of the guest while they were waiting for their car right outside the venue and when we asked for the CCTV footage the manager said that their cameras are turned off hence no footage is available. Will not recommend the venue to anyone in future. Highly disappointed.
