We had our wedding on March 3, 2025 and it was a two day program. Prior to finalising this venue, we had seen some venues in Dwarka itself and some in Gurugram too. What attracted us here was the availability of front lawn, poolside venue and halls as per one's guestlist. The salesperson, in our case Mr Balbir was very supportive and accommodative. The number of guests were less during Mehendi, for which we wanted the front lawn and for Haldi we wanted poolside. For wedding we opted for the Gateway hall. The bookings were done 8 months back considering the winterish weather expected during March but as we came for the wedding, we felt that poolside Haldi shall be uncomfortable in the open. I must appreciate that both the hotel management as well as the deco people, Mr Sunil Chanan were too helping, without any added financial burden, managed it nicely. Even though they had started arranging the lunch counter from morning but considering the situation, agreed to shift part of the program in the shade at another place. Mr Anmol, who remained exclusively with us from the hotel side for 48 hours taking care of all our needs and solving all coming and unexpected issues with smile needs special thanks. From welcoming of the guests, parking of their cars, care their stay (we had booked 44 rooms for two days) and their smooth departure post wedding, all went well. Despite there being two weddings, they tried to allot us rooms as soon as these were getting vacated. All our rooms got upgraded without extra cost. Everybody liked the food and appreciated the services of all they came across. Mr Rathore was particularly caring during the wedding dinner. We had multiple sessions with Mr Sunil Chanan (deco)and though there were some hits and misses in the final programme, he compensated us adequately with supplements. I had an exceptional experience at ITC Welcome Hotel. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive service at the restaurant, their hospitality was truly top-notch. I was impressed by their professionalism and friendliness throughout my stay. The hotel itself is stunning. The elegant ballroom provided the perfect backdrop for our ceremony and reception. The décor was tasteful and matched our theme beautifully. The well-maintained gardens and outdoor spaces also allowed for breathtaking photo opportunities. Our guests were equally impressed by the venue's charm and ambiance.

We stayed at the hotel for a wedding, and we had a great time there. The staff at the hotel was really kind and helpful. It's something I'd suggest for a wedding or vacation. The woman who assisted us with the outfits was so kind.
