A wonderful venue for a wedding! The property offers a great blend of luxury and comfort, with ample space for both ceremonies and receptions. The management team was extremely professional and accommodating, ensuring smooth coordination throughout our event. Highly recommended for anyone planning a grand yet elegant celebration.

The event space was good and the ambiance was decent. Staff tried to be accommodating, though management could improve.

Hello Everyone, I am giving this review so that it can help others. I just want to share the experience I had at Zoin Banquet, Moti Nagar. Zoin Banquet seemed like a good place for hosting a function, but when I spoke to their Banquet officer-Ms Kirti and Mr. Manjit Singh (Sr. Manger), I realized that they are very unprofessional. I was really surprised that Zoin Banquet hired someone like Mr. Manjit Singh, who doesn't know how to open a mouth in front of client. He has no understanding of what the Hospitality Industry is about" . I was just about to close the deal but the moment Ms. Kirti connected me with her Sr. Manager-Mr. Manjit Singh and I spoke to him, I felt like I was talking to an uneducated/unprofessional person. I couldn't believe someone like him would be handling my function. I have decided not to go ahead with Zoin Banquet - otherwise both my money & my function would've been ruined. But Yes if anyone from the Zoin team is reading this review, please go and read other reviews mentioned on different sites like weddingz, benuebookingz etc. Most of people have called out Mr. Manjit Singh for being rude-I'm not the only one. Others have also mentioned that the banquet officers are very arrogant, unprofessional and NO customer value. Its absolutely true: Zoin has no sense of Customer Value. The staff is extremely disrespectful. To The Owner of Zoin Banquet-I don't know who you are Sir, but I do want this message/review reach to you. There is serious unprofessional behavior happening at your banquet. There is no sense of customer value and the staff behaves very rude specially Mr. Manjit Sing. I request you to please speak to a few visitors/customers- you'll get to know the truth. If you want to speak to me, Ms Kirti has my number. But please fix your team because if this continues, the consequences could be very damaging for your business. I honestly have no intention of ruining your rating on google & other social media platforms. But honestly I don't even feel like to giving one star but unfortunately I have to give atleast one star to submit this review-there is no other option. I just hope that may be my review helps Mr. Manjit Singh learn some sense. I would strongly suggest to everyone that if you plan to book Zoin Banquet, please make sure to have everything in writing. Otherwise people like Ms Kirti (Banquet officer at Zoin). will simply say that you " must have heard it wrong". According to them- the customer is always at fault & Zoin's Manager are the smart ones. Manager Sardar ji is so delusional, he compares this banquet to Starland.Manager of this place is really arrogant and doesn't know to treat a customer. He treats his potential clients in such a bad manner, I wonder how he treats his actual customers and their events. Please don't visit unless you literally have no other option, which is highly unlikely considering there are way better and way more affordable options in Moti Nagar. Not Recommended.

Booked Zion for my ring ceremony,the services were just fab and the decor and catering was just awesome.Also,the staff team was super professional and friendly.

I chose Moti Nagar Zion for my wedding and booked the terrace hall with both indoor and outdoor seating. The mid-February weather was perfect, and the views from the higher floor were amazing, with pretty water bodies in the outdoor area. The catering was vibrant, offering a wide variety of appetizers and main courses.

Good location. Loved the arrangements and the food.
