Had a very bad experience interacting with the sales team. They are non considerate and speak in a very argumentative tone. The rates quoted are 2-3X of what is mentioned on wedmegood.

really bad customer service . bad sales team since the management has changed. have had multiple weddings within the family here but the most recent experience was just really bad with new sales director/management team

No starts at All .. bad food .. big venue But the food in my function bad and taste Less. do not Book.

Gaurav Gupta was selected for the Shagun/Cocktail function look , the gown was in silver color with gaurav gupta embroidery all over and looked very pretty and everyone loved it ,

The venue was perfect for our wedding size. It had the option of both open lawn and closed banquet. The best thing about the property was the swimming pool and surrounding lawns. We hosted our cocktail party there and it was the perfect setting. The food is also great and we were amazed by the lengths the managers went to for our requests.

Most of the events took place at jüSTa Atrio in Delhi where all our guests whisked off for 4 days. The venue had a beautiful poolside where we had our cocktail and spectacularly colorful cabanas for haldi/chooda ceremony. The wedding had both outdoor and indoor arrangement. The four-day long extravaganza was a stunning blend of all the beautiful yet different sub-venues under one resort.

It’s a really Beautiful venue. We had a 2 day function here. My engagement was in the venezia hall and the wedding was in Victoria. The food was really good and appreciated by all the guests. Mr Kamal who is the manager is really cordial. Overall great experience. Would definitely recommend

very poor service. They made so many promises and did not fulfill many of them. The food taste and quality was bad and the foos was not started on time. That main lady is so nice and gave us a good deal but please do not book this place they gave us a very hard time and to be honest made it a little embarrasing for us aswell.The vendors they had were very unprofessional. Will not recommend it to anyone.

Our outside guests were staying in this venue they have all the facilities rooms were very clean & their hospitality was great, we had a great experience overall food was good & we liked this venue very much.

An exceptional setting to stand out your wedding. They make the entire wedding will be so trouble free for you that you ought to just be there and enjoy.The property is fantastic and all well managed.

We spent 2 days at the hotel with our guests for 3 back-to-back wedding functions. The staff was really kind and helpful and all our events progressed mostly smoothly. The venue itself was great for the 2 main functions, the wedding (poolside) and reception. The only small issue was the trouble with getting enough power for the fans/coolers that were organized. The venue did work hard on sorting that out though and made sure that we didn't face the same problem in the final event. The food was delicious and with such a long list of menu items to choose from I wasn't sure what to expect with the different cuisines, but it was well above expectations. All our guests are still talking about how great the venue was and we had a lovely, comfortable stay. Thanks Atrio for making my wedding so seamless.

Its a beautiful property, with lots of greenery around. Highly recommend this venue, there pool side is fab, our mehndi and sangeet function was awesome. Staff is great, food is delicious. Great service:) Highly recommend this place to everyone..
