🚨 Honest Review – Zestin Banquets (4th July Ring Ceremony) 🚨 I’m sharing this so no one else has to go through what we did. We booked Zestin Banquets for our ring ceremony on 4th July, and it turned out to be a nightmare. Here’s everything that went wrong 👇 1️⃣ Forced Full Payment Before Function Even after paying a decent advance, they demanded 100% payment before the event started. They literally threatened to stop food service if we didn’t pay up. Extremely unprofessional. 2️⃣ ACs Not Working – Guests Sweating The ACs in the hall were completely non-functional. They only show you a working corner during the booking. The rest was a sweatbox, and despite repeated complaints, no one fixed it. 3️⃣ No Staff Support During Event Once the function started, the staff just disappeared. No one was there to monitor or refill food counters. We had to run around ourselves. No management, no accountability. 4️⃣ Worst Hospitality Don’t expect any help. We weren’t even given a trolley to carry luggage to the car — had to do it ourselves. No sense of basic courtesy from the staff. 5️⃣ Lights Off at 12 AM – Guests Still Inside They switched off all the lights sharp at 12, without any notice — even though our guests were still inside. Total lack of respect. 👎 Zestin Banquets = Worst experience ever. We expected a special, memorable event — instead, we got stress and embarrassment. I hope this review helps others make an informed decision. Please think twice before booking with them.

Booked Zestin for my marriage function , the hall is quite large and neatly maintained. All the arrangements were spot on , very impressed that the staff was proactive. Great experience!

my wedding was hosted at zestin I was dealing with Shikha from the sales team , she was very courteous. the function was very well arranged. the food is amazing and very tasty .the decor and the management during the wedding is wonderful you just have to go to your own function and enjoy as the management takes care of everything

We booked banana tree for my wedding and I must say it is an amazing venue to host your event. they have beautiful interior with very hardworking and polite staff.

My wedding reception was at Zestin Banquet Hall, Ghaziabad. They made beyond perfect arrangements for us and we appreciate all of their efforts. They were very cooperative and humble. It's an amazing venue and we would love to recommend it to everyone.
