Unacceptable Behavior by Management Ruined the Experience I recently attended a wedding at Diamond Crown Banquet in Karkardooma, East Delhi, and while most things were okay, my experience was completely ruined by the behavior of Mr. Sarabh Gupta, who seems to be either the manager or the owner. His way of talking was appalling—it felt more like he was threatening the guests rather than addressing them respectfully. Such behavior is entirely unacceptable, especially in the hospitality industry, where guest comfort and respect should be the top priority. Instead, Mr. Gupta’s tone and attitude reflected a complete lack of manners and professionalism. His conduct was not only disrespectful but also made the environment uncomfortable for many of us. To anyone considering this venue: Please be cautious. While the venue itself might be fine, dealing with uneducated and ill-mannered people like Mr. Gupta can completely ruin the experience. I strongly urge Diamond Crown Banquet to train their staff—starting with Mr. Gupta—to understand the basics of hospitality and respectful communication. To Mr. Gupta: If you are indeed in charge, it's time to reconsider your approach. Hospitality is about humility, warmth, and service—not arrogance and dismissive behavior. Rating: 1/5 stars.

I recently visited this venue for my friend's wedding,the venue consists of multiple halls according to your needs and all the services are amazing,food is mouthwatering.Would highly recommend.

All our functions took place here ,the property is beautiful along with professional staff and great hospitality.Even the decor and catering were just outstanding.

It was good, however because there was only one entry to Crystal Hall, it became very crowded. The interior design was excellent, the rooms were nice and clean, and all of the air conditioners worked properly.

It is a multi-banquet facility with some space. The facility is well-located and appears to be well-organized. The photo that has been shared here is for the Royal Hall, which has a large parking lot behind them. The venue is 100% vegetarian, while having a large menu.

Fully air-conditioned... nice décor... plenty of parking... polite employees... clean and with good wibes The food is also fantastic. I recommend it to everyone.

I've gone there twice and it's an incredible experience. The Bobby Tikki Wala India pvt ltd group includes the Diamond Crown Banquet. The atmosphere is fascinating, and the feelings are incredible. The initial impression you get when you see it is incredible. Never pass up the opportunity to enjoy the beauty it has to offer. If you are wanting to host a function, you should absolutely consider this one.

Diamond Crown Banquet Hall is located in Sector 51 of Noida. It's in excellent condition and ideal for weddings, receptions, and other events. The food was also delicious. DJ was also excellent. You may get there by using Google Maps; the location is correctly shown on the map. The banquet hall is inaccessible to wheelchair users. The restrooms are not adequately kept, as evidenced by a damaged wash basin. The booking price is also little higher due to the location in Delhi NCR.

This was a good Banquet Hall and the greatest part about the banquet hall was the service very fast service all the I did not check the washrooms of the hall I was there for a tiny boy but overall the furniture is good the atmosphere is wonderful and it's a fantastic spot for a little home get together.
