My experience at Umrao was very poor. Even on reaching the venue at 5 in the evening their rooms were not prepared. We also had to get a few dishes changed because of their poor taste. The management branch, Rajneesh Bhargava, was very rude and unapologetic. But, where he lacked other hotel management staff made up with their humble attitude. Regardless, I would not recommend Umrao. Their service was of a exceptionally poor quality.
