We recently hosted an event at V Club and while the venue itself is lovely and Hareram was incredibly helpful and professional throughout, our overall experience was severely marred by the management of the rooms and service. We had booked 10 rooms for our guests, expecting smooth hospitality, but were left thoroughly disappointed. Room service was extremely unresponsive—we had to call at least three times for even the smallest request. Several rooms had malfunctioning air-conditioners, which made our guests uncomfortable, especially in the summer heat. Shockingly, my mother-in-law was allotted a room that was under active repair. People kept walking in and out of her room to carry out work. It was disrespectful and completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, one of our guests left two expensive outfits in their room. Despite calling multiple times and following up over three days, we were finally told that the outfits "couldn't be found." It's outrageous and frankly feels like theft. While we appreciated the efforts of Hareram and liked the venue, the poor service and mishandling of guest belongings left a sour taste. We truly regret booking rooms here. The management needs to seriously step up if they want to be trusted with events of this scale.

I got engaged there in July.. everything was perfect. My team and VClub empanelled vendors worked together and I had taken few of my own vendors there. Overall experience was really good.

The location is good and also having halls for wedding. Food is very good and service is excellent. Staff is very professional. We have attended the wedding decor was awesome. Over all experience is very good. I will recommend this hotel.

V club is a beautiful venue with lush green lawn , luxurious rooms , elite party halls. The staff is courteous and friendly. And their food is AWESOME (not an exaggeration). Their location is easy to track on maps. Additionally , I think it's worth mentioning I had booked this venue in Feb'20 and my wedding was in Nov'20 , now due to covid I had to change my min guarantee for all my functions somewhere around Sep'20 and the V club folks were so understanding and accomodated all our request for changes. They did not charge us extra inspite of reducing our MG even if in Nov end for open lawns, in haryana the max allowed limit was 200.

The food was delicious and it was a nice venue. We had our wedding and was a good decision to choose this marriage venue.
