Well, it happened, and it was a situation that was handled very swiftly and dealt with expertly, thanks to the super-organized Neha and her dream team of vendors. But that was not it! This destination wedding showed how to truly enjoy a wedding celebration - as a guest and as the main couple. Neha & Aman had tons of fun, danced their hearts out, said their "I do's" twice and it looked as magical as they felt. It truly is a blessing when you're marrying the love of your life, surrounded by the people who are as happy as you to be a part of your big day, and also have a setup that was exactly how you envisioned it.
While Neha was a super hands-on bride, she found her partner in planning in Aanchal Tuli of The Millennial Bridesmaid . Aanchal was not just a planner for Neha, but her bridesmaid, her friend, her confidante, her stylist - and basically the person who executed Neha's dream wedding, flawlessly.

Meet Neha & Aman
Aman and I first met about 8 years ago in our college fest in IIT Guwahati and we instantly hit it off. The most amusing part of our relationship is how we both are still discovering things about each other and it doesn’t cease to surprise us. We have been challenging and complementing each other for so long that the bond we share feels like a perfect partnership built with unconditional love, admiration, and respect, definitely one which is meant to be for a lifetime. And we are so happy and glad that now it is for a lifetime.

We knew we wanted our wedding to be really sassy and full of fun for us, our friends, and families. Our vision of the wedding was that everyone should feel it to be a three-day-long party with non-stop fun, tons of love, crazy dance moves, and endless laughter that can be cherished for years to come. And the three wedding days (15-17th Oct) reflected all of this and definitely felt like a grand celebration. Coming from different cultures, the wedding reflected a beautiful amalgamation of both our cultures with a strong modern & stylish touch. Also, Aman and I have been together for over 8 years and so is our friendship with most of our friends. They hold a very special place in our hearts as they have seen us grow together and we wanted our wedding to reflect that and shower them with all our love.
I knew I wanted each function to stand out and be different from each other, hence we accordingly set up the theme for each function. We kicked off with Sundowner Mehendi where Anmol Gor set up the evening with unplugged tunes followed by a cocktail night where DJ Manish simply rocked the party till dawn. The next day we started with a full Punjabi theme Haldi with dhol, local band performance, and funky accessories. That evening we had the most glam event Sangeet with endless dance performances. The next day, we had two weddings. In the morning we all went to Gurdwara Sachkhand Darbar for the Anand Karaj ceremony and got married there. This was such a serene feeling. In the night we had a crazy never-ending baarat, a surprise dance performance by all bridesmaids, followed by our jaimala and short and super engaging Agni pheras.

It is a beautiful resort that perfectly reflects what Udaipur is about - regal and a perfect blend of hills, lakes & greenery. Aman and I always wanted to get married in Udaipur, since the time we understood the concept of a destination wedding. It is absolutely stunning, and we visited that place, we literally could start imagining how memorable this beautiful place is going to make our wedding. All our guests felt so serene, calm, and comfortable in the place, close to both - nature and royalty, and the hospitality was simply exceptional.

My make-up artist was Aanchal for all my functions. She is a true artist. Every look and hairdo that she created were so unique. All the looks definitely made me look my best in each function and very strongly reflected my personality. From creating a very natural look for one of the functions to a super bold & glam look for another, she covered almost the whole spectrum of makeup looks on me in the most flawless way, which is exactly what I was going for! As a bride, I wanted to be experimental and dramatic yet easy with all my looks and Aanchal definitely made it happen so elegantly.
Wedding Planner, Decor Designing & Styling: The Millennial Bridesmaid
Having Aanchal and her team plan our wedding was hands down the best decision that we made. She made our dream wedding come true in the most perfect way possible. She was our wedding designer & planner. With Aanchal, we started planning 8 months in advance and she was involved in designing and executing the entire wedding. She was actively involved in visualizing the three days right from scratch to finalizing and onboarding all required vendors and even managing end-to-end execution with them. Aman & I had a vision for our wedding, but to bring it to reality, while managing our hectic work schedules, could have been a nightmare. But because we had Aanchal and her team, we could pull off such a perfect wedding almost stress-free. Aanchal was always available since day 1 and she tirelessly answered and solved all our queries. As the name says, she truly became my bridesmaid in the truest form! They were the first photographers we reached out to when we started planning the wedding and from the very first call we had with them, we were super sold! They are an incredibly talented, passionate bunch of professionals who are simply amazing in what they do. Ruben and the team captured all the happy, fun, crazy, sad moments so candidly that looking at the pics makes us relive the entire wedding over and over again. They have taken such beautiful bytes from our friends and families which we can’t cease to enjoy. Even our pre-wedding shoot captured by them will always be one of the best experiences Aman and I had together and will remain special to us forever. Decor Execution: itswdne
While the decor designing and styling was led by Aanchal, she coordinated with itswdne to implement it and they did a remarkable job at it. The whole decor was wonderfully executed by Saurabh along with itswdne team who sourced exquisite decor elements, set them up with so much refinement that each function decor turned out very beautiful, all our guests were mind blown and still can’t get over it. :)
Mehndi Artist: Ganguar Mehandi
Gangaur Mehndi's work is very intricate and exceptionally beautiful. My Mehendi design was simple and elegant, exactly how I wanted. They were also super quick which was great as I got to enjoy my Mehendi function too.
Invitations and Stationery: The Exotic Invites
They created such a unique save the date video - a wedding passport. Even the invitation was amazing and special. For the resort stationary, we continued with the wedding passport theme, and everything had a consistent feel. We were very obsessed with fine details and Geetam was very patient throughout. All the stationery invites, and videos came out very thematic and beautiful.
