Starting from the quirky decor at the Mehendi, to the LED backdrops in Sangeet and a royal mandap at the wedding, Kanchan & Rishabh's nuptials were truly inspirational. Details like the elephant decor at the Mehendi or the bride chilla slippers Kanchan wore are what made this wedding worth pinning!

Good things always begin unexpectedly! I met Rishabh 6 years ago at the University of Warwick. A group of common friends was the only thing common between us, two very different people with very different aspirations! What started off as “just good friends” (we’ve pretty much kept that tag for the longest time) to being married today - it's been a beautiful journey. From an unexpected proposal in New York to coming back to an unexpected pandemic - our journey has been everything fun, love, crazy & full of memories! We’ve always put our friendship at top priority and that makes us both the happiest, something we’ll always continue :)

November, 14th 2021 was our wedding day & it was full of love & memories we’ll cherish forever. Planning our wedding had been a rollercoaster especially amid a pandemic. However, there were two things we were very sure of from the first day - A destination wedding and a celebration having all our loved ones around (even if that made us wait a year). After virtually traveling across the country to find the perfect destination, we narrowed it down to Jodhpur. We visited Taj Hari Mahal along with both our parents and unanimously fell in love with it! For the both of us - this was it! From me being a person who made a note of the smallest details months in advance to Rishabh who was extremely spontaneous with all his ideas and decisions there was one thing clear - “We waited 2,190 days for this, so party accordingly!” We wanted the overall vibe to be easy-going, relaxed, and fun. Having a less is more kind of a vibe, we wanted to keep the setup subtle, elegant and minimal, focussing on the little details. We didn’t want anything extra or over the top except, the Dance Moves!
