Imagine this! A sun-kissed beach, gentle waves in the background, two people with their closest dear ones saying "I do" with sand between their toes. That’s exactly how Uday and Tanushree tied the knot at a beautiful destination in Bali. It all started with a venue recommendation from a family member, and the moment they saw it, they were sold. With its serene vibe and stunning ocean views, it was everything they had imagined, and more! From handwritten notes for each guest to coffee-filled hampers, every detail was bursting with personality and heart.
Meet Tanushree and Uday

"We first met eight years ago at a mutual friend’s party—one we almost didn’t attend. At the last moment, we both decided to go, and as fate would have it, that one choice changed everything. It was simply meant to be!", the bride tells us.

About The Wedding
Our wedding took place on February 20, 2025. Our wedding took place in Bali at a stunning beachfront property called Bali Beach Glamping. A family member initially suggested the venue, and when Uday and I went for a recce, we instantly fell in love with it. The serene and quiet surroundings, coupled with the breathtaking ocean views, made it the perfect place for us to tie the knot. Both of us are deeply fond of water, so having a beach wedding felt like a dream come true.
From the very beginning, we knew we wanted our wedding to feel deeply personal. We put in a lot of effort to add meaningful touches—personally writing messages for each guest’s gift and including one of our favorite coffees in the welcome hampers, something we truly love.
Our vision and style revolved around a simple yet elegant, minimalist aesthetic. Since the property itself was naturally beautiful, we wanted the decor to enhance rather than overpower it. Each function was designed with a unique identity, making use of the venue’s different spaces.
For the Mehendi, we aimed for a fun and vibrant atmosphere, using colorful flowers to create a lively, festive vibe. On the wedding day, the theme was pastels—guests were dressed in soft hues, while the décor was kept understated with white and baby pink tones. The mandap, adorned with delicate white flowers, stood against the stunning beach backdrop, making the pheras feel absolutely magical.
Overall, we wanted a wedding that felt intimate, tasteful, and timeless—something that reflected our personalities without being over-the-top. We focused on keeping each function distinct yet cohesive, ensuring every moment felt special and memorable.
Vendor Reviews
Venue: Bali Beach Glamping
It was the perfect venue—serene, picturesque, and right by the beach, just as we had envisioned. The stunning backdrop and well-planned layout allowed us to create unique experiences for each function. The management was incredibly organized, cooperative, and genuinely happy for us, going above and beyond to make our wedding seamless and special.
Wedding Planning: Premaloka International Events
Planning a wedding in Bali meant that finding the right event planners—ones we could trust and communicate well with—was crucial, especially since we couldn’t always be physically present. Uday did extensive research, and on the recommendation of our wedding venue team, we came across Premaloka International Events. Varank Sastry and his team had a proactive approach, connecting us with the best vendors for all our needs. What stood out the most was how well they understood our vision and their dedication to bringing it to life. The entire team was highly efficient, always available, and ensured that every event ran seamlessly. Their professionalism and attention to detail made the entire experience stress-free and truly memorable.
Photography: YC Studios
Choosing a photographer was an effortless decision—Yuvraj from YC Studios is not only a close friend but also someone whose work I’ve admired for a long time. I always knew they had a remarkable talent for capturing special moments and the emotions that make a wedding truly memorable. It was important for us to have someone who understood our vision and could bring it to life, and YC Studios exceeded our expectations. The entire team was incredibly professional, cooperative, and knew exactly how to frame each moment beautifully. We were simply being ourselves, and they captured our most genuine emotions, presenting us in the best possible way. Working with them was one of the best experiences of our wedding, and I am beyond grateful for the understanding we shared from the very beginning. It’s that connection that resulted in such stunning photos and videos—memories we will cherish forever.
