We researched quite a bit and went with Merrygohearts for our wedding ceremonies primarily because of their photography work. Their photos, candid & traditional videos come out really well. They looked very creative and modern and were competitive price-wise. As we continued to work with them, we found them to also be very friendly and patient. We had some additional events than originally planned and they were nice enough to accommodate it. They were also extremely professional from the start, and also during the events in terms of coverage, punctuality. Our photos and videos came out better than expected! While some folks had issues with timing, we got our photos and videos as committed. We, as well as our families were very pleased with the results. Special shout out to Sandeep and Vinay who did an amazing job helping us record these memories! Thank you Merrygohearts!

Avoid them for sure. It’s going to be almost 3 years and there is no sign of our album or final videos as initially discussed. If you’re willing to wait a decade or more, go ahead and sign up for these guys. They pocket your money, click pretty good photos and leave it at that. Pathetic customer service. Pity we signed up for this. We have followed up multiple times and are fed up. They seem to work selectively and have the least decency about providing a response and firm commitment. We have such wonderful memories from our wedding but sadly nothing physical to cherish them thanks to these photographers. There are dime a dozen options, those who will be far more professional and invested in your special day, work with them instead.

They managed to capture the perfect candids and moments I would die for . My wedding had 6 events in 2 days ..Cheers to the whole team for being so patient and hardworking. We had a Pandemic wedding in 2021. MGH was kind enough deal with uncertainty of the wedding. They were understanding and communicated well with us for any queries we had. They took great pictures, loved all of them. We booked them mainly for the candid pictures and video, that they took and they delivered well. Once our wedding was over they promptly gave us our photos and wedding video in the said timeline. Would definitely recommend them.

We had our wedding during the pandemic back in May 2021 and a friend of ours had recommended merrygohearts and we looked at their portfolio and instantly liked them. They didn’t disappoint us one bit. The wedding pictures are of high quality. Actual candid pictures with natural expressions were captured. They were very flexible and accommodating. Lots of creativity within the team and some really talented photographers and videographers. I would recommend them to anyone who would want some memorable pictures and videos of their big day.

We heard about MerryGoHearts through our wedding planner and although we had several options to choose from, MerryGoHearts truly stood out. There was something so special about their Instagram feed that made me eager to work with them. They capture pictures and videos so beautifully and manage to make every moment magical. The whole team was extremely professional, friendly and fun to work with. The photographers were always punctual and their fun attitude made the photo shoots very easy going and memorable. They made us feel very comfortable and went out of their way to capture the perfect shot. Also, shoutout to the customer service team who were so accommodating! We had a late date change for one of our events and they were very helpful and managed to accommodate that considering how busy the month of December can get. I’m so happy that we went with MerryGoHearts on our big day and now have a lifetime of beautiful memories to look back at.

I recommend not to go for MGH, we have the worst experience . 1) They only concentrate more on weddings which are held in resorts or five star hotels , and we do have the screenshot of one of there team telling it , according to them getting married in kalyana mantapa and the decoration is not okay and they say deco was not on point . 2) Their editing is extremely bad , when i say bad , we mean it . You can check our videos , we have to tell them 100 times to change single things . 3) they don't attend calls and messages , they're extremely busy . 4) In my wedding they haven't captured singles of me and my husband on muhrutham . 5) They fooled us into saying they used drones inside the hall and claiming the ceiling was low which is absolutely nonsense . 6) language problem, they don't understand the local language. 7) They don't give us suggestions to pose nor ideas , instead they were in a hurry to leave home during my muhrutham 8) we could hardly see any additional camera accessories like flash lights etc to capture frames in a creative way . 9) all you see in social media is different on their page and in reality it's different . 10) They just want money in time, they take advance properly that's it . 11) My pre- wedding pics was a disaster , we are open to show you our pics . 12) the videos , the traditional video , the wedding film is absolutely disaster , coz we had to keep on telling them to change , unfortunately during our wedding they haven't captured enough videos and our wedding film , 3-4 frames are repeated . 13) we are open to show there works , incase you guys feel we are faking .You can see their crafts . Overall we made a fool out of ourselves by choosing MGH , i regret every minute choosing them . please be aware of what you see on instagram .

I recently booked my wedding with MerryGoHearts and I am absolutely appalled with their services. They defrauded me by providing doctored airline tickets, and charged me RS 12000 worth of no-receipt charges. To make matters worse, they are now holding my wedding album hostage and are refusing to provide any of the pictures and videos even after receiving a payment of 2 lakhs in advance. I'm disgusted by their unethical business practices and would strongly urge people to stay away from this company.

I would give a minus 100. They only make false promises and be reciprocative until payment. Photographers are ameatures and leave early from the venue and editting is horrible. If you ask me choose anybody not Merrygo . Really disappointed with their work.

For Merrygohearts UAE, We booked them 5 months in advance and they never called us.A week before our wedding, we had to ask for a call (my wife was in contact over Whatsapp) and had to brief them. On the wedding day, before the church wedding it was good. During the wedding - they did not capture the brides face during the ring exchange! (we specifically gave them the guidelines and that they could get all the correct shots which they did not follow) Then after the wedding they didn't even ask if they should join our limo ride - I had to go to them myself after I saw them all get into a car to escape. During the wedding was fine but they did not capture some things we'd have liked which is ok it can happen. But the travesty was they wanted to leave when the party started after midnight when everyone parties hard and we asked them many times to record but they just wanted to leave and we have 5 minutes of video from 12-2.30am!!! Best part is their service, It's non existent. Pictures delivered on tkme but the short film was ATROCIOUS. Even the long edited video was bad and we had to pay to get them a hard disk to send back to Dubai. I 100% do not reccomened them unless you are on a very tight budget.

They are only interested in destination weddings/ resort weddings. If you conduct your wedding in a hall, then be prepared to sit on their heads to get your deliverables back. •During wedding, they were in a hurry to leave. Didn’t get all the things as per the contract. •After wedding, they will not bother to work on your album/ wedding film if your wedding happens in a wedding hall instead of those fancy weddings. Very unprofessional. •After multiple calls over a long period of time, we somehow got our deliverables. • Album editing is horrible. They mix up all photos from all events in the album (they don’t know that there is something called time stamp for every photo or they simply don’t care if yours in not some grand wedding) • I had to sit with Vinay for over 2-3 hours on call to re arrange all the photos in order. Worst editorial team. • Make sure you know how to use adobe premiere pro or know someone who can edit your wedding film. I ended up making my own wedding film as that’s how bad was the wedding film they gave me. •WORST EDITORIAL TEAM for album and candid film. I’ve never seen such disinterested set of photographers. They talk politely but will NOT give you any of the deliverables. Better choose another photographer if you want some mental peace and good output. DO NOT PAY THE ENTIRE AMOUNT UNTIL YOU GET YOUR DELIVERABLES.

I’m so glad to have found Merrygohearts. From the very beginning, I was very impressed with the way the team handled the entire process. Communication was seamless and more so, they understood my partner’s and my personality very well. They reached the venue on time for all our functions and captured every moment beautifully. Ours was a home wedding that took place at the height of the pandemic, Merrygohearts did a fantastic job given the space constraints and the presence of another photographer crew , they captured our best moments during the day beautifully. We had bad experience with Mr Anirudh. We had booked him with 50% advance for my daughters wedding which was unfortunately postponed and later rescheduled in US instead of india due to unavoidable covid situation. When we requested him to give back the advance he gave only 40% of the advance. We had not taken any service from him. We have not recommended him to anyone later though we recommended all other vendors who were very understanding and gave back the advance (with nominal cut) without a second word. He has lost at least 3 weddings because of this attitude. His work may be good but working ethics also matter. We were extremely disappointed with his attitude. We suggest ,Whoever works with him, please note this

After working on every tiny detail for our big day, we were extremely concerned about one major thing - getting all our happiness captured. We just wanted it to be perfect! Guess what? These guys did an exceptionally good job, and definitely lived up to our expectations. We couldn't be more happy and satisfied for choosing the best photographers that anyone could wish for. We have been recommending Anirudh Pradeep Photography to all our folks. The reasons are twofold. Firstly, they are very punctual. Let it be meetings, being present for the ceremony or handing us the final deliverables, they keep up their promise. Secondly, they have an amazing crew!
