Other than marrying my husband, asking Meenal to be my makeup artist was hands down the best decision I made for the wedding. Long story short: ALL THE BRIDES SHOULD GET THEIR MAKEUP DONE BY MONIKA'S BLOSSOM Long story: I would like to take a moment to thank and appreciate the mekeup by Monika's Blossom for the wonderful looks they created for me during my wedding. The team will not just be your makeup and hair artists. They will be your friends, your support system, your hype girls and much more during the whole process. I had the best freakin time while getting ready by them. First, let's talk about the atmosphere in the makeup room. I had heard everybody saying that the most difficult part for the bride is to sit on the makeup chair and get the makeup done for hours. But trust me I enjoyed getting ready by Meenal, Hina and their cutu assistant Simran. You know I felt like I was getting ready by my friends where we had so much fun during the entire process. So if you want this kind of energy while getting ready, I 10/10 recommend this. Now let's talk about the looks for me. All the four looks were completely different. The team nailed all the looks. The looks matched the vibe and the feel of the events. I was indeed looking like a fun south indian girly during my haldi, to a point where I was looking more malayali than my malayali husband. Sangeet look was so classy and glam. Phere and reception looks were so elegant and royal. I am so very happy that Meenal and the team did my hair and makeup. I still have everyone coming and telling me about how beautiful I looked. Heena, the hair stylist, was so good. She just understood the assignment and delivered and how!!!! The braid, the half bun and the full bun, everything was so on point. In my sangeet, i had a very heavy veil which had no purpose of staying but it did and we celebrated that after the event!! Great job!!! I also had a couple of questions in between as to what techniques they were using. Meenal answered all my questions, which she should have charged for since she also runs an academy. ? At the last, Meenal asked me to name all looks so here we go: Haldi - Malayali Mulgi Sangeet - Glam Overdose Phere - Maharani Reception - Royalty All in all, I enjoyed getting ready for my events and i believe all the brides should experience this!! 8th & 9th February bride, Minal!
