Our experience with Wedding Elements was extremely disappointing. Their Instagram pictures and posts are completely misleading — the quality and setup shown online are nothing like what they actually deliver. The décor, lighting, and arrangements looked professional and beautiful on their feed, but in reality, everything was cheap, rushed, and poorly executed. On top of that, their behaviour was rude and intimidating. Whenever we asked for anything promised in the package, they acted dismissive and aggressive, making us feel uncomfortable just for requesting basic services. Communication was terrible, and the coordination on the event day was chaotic. The difference between their online presentation and actual delivery is shocking. Their Instagram may look glamorous, but the reality is far from it. We were left frustrated, stressed, and disappointed on a day that should have been joyful. I strongly advise anyone planning to book Wedding Elements to think twice. Their social media is a fake representation, and the service is far below even basic expectations. I think Mahesh (Maheshinte Prathikaaram) is far better than wedding Elements..

I booked Wedding Elements Photography for my wedding with high expectations based on their portfolio and promises. Despite several follow-ups and reassurances, the delivery timeline has been pushed back multiple times, and we still haven’t received the complete set of photos as agreed. Our wedding memories are very important to us, and this delay has caused a lot of stress and frustration. I hope the team takes responsibility, communicates clearly with their clients, and delivers on time in the future. Good communication and timely service are essential when dealing with once-in-a-lifetime events like weddings.
