Very disappointed with this wedding photography team. We received our wedding album only after 6 months, that too after constantly calling and complaining. To make matters worse, they never provided us with any edited pictures, only unpolished work. The service was highly unprofessional, and the lack of communication made the whole experience extremely frustrating. For something as important and once-in-a-lifetime as a wedding, this level of negligence is unacceptable. I would never recommend them.

Roshan and team did an amazing job in handling everything right from the photography part to the editing part. Editing of reels, teaser and long videos was so perfect that we loved it in first edit only. The way they make videos and shots they put in is just amazing. first of all they deliver even soft copies after 8 months at least, that too we have to keep on requesting them. At 1 point they will threaten us. 0% customer satisfaction. they will block your number and block you from all other ways to communicate with them. bride entering new home photos were not there in album even though we kept reminding them to include the same. Got the same only after our anniversary.. It took a year for them to give our video and album, and guess what video was like raw footage with some dumb song mixed; no filter no cloring nothing.. about album - most of the photos which we selected were not in album and instead some other photos they selected themselves.. but still they threaten us as if we owe them something. I don't know on what grounds some has given 4 stars for them. utter waste of money. No professionalism.

Horrible experience and worst customer support. Takes ages to deliver the photos and video, that too low quality ones.
