I booked Kapila for the engagement makeup for my sister in law as well as for my party make up on 14th April. i found her very promising when I booked her however to my dismay, my experience was quite disappoiting. Here are excerpts for a poor service delivered by kapila. 1. Charged 500 rs extra for eyelashes which are always part of the package. i booked her for 5k for a normal party makeup which was anyways on the higher side considering her work. 2. Charged 450 rs for flowers which I did not even use. she had taken the cost of the flowers from the bride as well from me too. so in nutshell, she Charged 600 from bride and 450 from me for the dry daisies ( dual payment kapila has taken as my sis in law and I were in different rooms and could not communicate due to hush rush) . 3. She charged 850 rs for an extra hair do which came at the last min. her hair dresser did nothing but a quick blow dry for just 2 mins. As we all were getting late to the venue, Kapila took advantage of the situation and charged irreasonably for even smallest service we have taken. instead of 5k, I had to pay her 9750 plus extra 600 rs for the dried flowers which he charged from the bride. Those flowers were not even used. 3. now come to makeup, it was horrible for my sis in law and me both. there was no contouring done which made me look so chubby. Bride's makeup was also not great though she charged 11k for the engagement makeup. i literally cried after looking out my pictures. 4. she states that she is trained by Parul Garg which I think is not true. She is not a trained mua and I found her very cunning and shrewd. 5. Will not recommend her at all.
