This bride highly recommends the best venue in Bangalore to host your wedding! It's no secret that the venue and decorations are among the most crucial aspects of your wedding. When we were planning our June wedding, we visited no less than 10 different venues in the city. However, we encountered several issues with most of them, such as inadequate space, uncooperative teams, and challenges with guest accommodations. Then, we stumbled upon Moongate, and luck was on our side as it was available for our desired dates. We immediately decided to pay a visit, and to our surprise, Suraj, the owner, agreed to meet with us in person. This was astonishing because at no other venue had we experienced such a high level of owner involvement and a genuine desire to meet with us to discuss our event. We visited the venue and instantly fell in love with everything it had to offer. The property is spacious, surrounded by lush greenery, and features a river running parallel to it. The weather is fantastic, and the melodious chirping of birds adds to the delightful ambiance, making it feel like you're in an incredible destination. Moreover, there are numerous spots on the property where you can mix and match to host your dream wedding, which is exactly what we did. The property also includes guest accommodations, with the capacity to host 150-200 guests. The rooms are exceptionally spacious, clean, and resemble a hotel. They offer a dedicated bride and groom suite, designed with their needs in mind. Adjacent to these suites, there are family rooms where all family members can stay together and enjoy the event. There is a separate space for other guests. The bride's suite boasts perfect lighting, a spacious cupboard, a large sofa, and a bed to accommodate all your bridesmaids for a fun and relaxed time. The staff is quick to assist with any requests. Akshata and Suraj provided valuable assistance with almost everything. They helped us plan all the events and inquired about our preferences in minute detail to ensure each event unfolded just as we envisioned. They handled the decoration for our mehendi, haldi, engagement, varmaala, and the final Mandap. It turned out exactly as we had specified. They even assisted us in finding a skilled photographer, catering options, a DJ, a band for the Baraat, and a myriad of other last-minute requests. During a moment of anxiety when my makeup artist forgot to bring flowers for my hair due to a misunderstanding, and I had only an hour to get ready, I reached out to Akshata. She promptly arranged for the flowers, and I had them in my room within 10 minutes. This showcases the extent to which they go to assist you. In summary, I wholeheartedly recommend choosing them if you want to enjoy your wedding, cherish the beautiful moments, and provide your guests with a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
