After an exhausting search for the perfect venue for our wedding, we found Moongate. As soon as we arrived and took a look around, we instantly knew it was the one. We loved all the spaces within the venue which are well suited for all events and crowds of different sizes. All of the spaces are beautifully designed and unique. My personal favorite was the lake facing stage where we had our Haldi ceremony. With the lake in the background during sunrise, the whole setting was something out of a dream. Suraj & Akshatha are very warm & genuine people. They understood and addressed all our concerns on point. Rest assured; from the first meeting their knowledge & experience was very apparent. We knew we were in good hands. They executed our vision for the decor extremely well with great attention to detail. We’d requested for a traditional Chettinad style Mantap for the Muhartham & the team delivered perfectly. They communicated & documented any changes and suggestions with clarity and coordinated with the vendors & performers promptly. On the day of the wedding, just before the ceremony it started to rain & panic ensued amongst us. But Suraj & Akshatha assured us everything would be moved indoors and started making the arrangements immediately to keep us on track with the schedule. Luckily it stopped raining just in time and once again they went out of their way to move it back outside to keep the original vision alive. We’re all appreciative of how they aptly managed the whole situation. Our guests were very happy with the accommodations provided. The rooms are very spacious and well maintained. The staff members are very helpful and prompt. All the facilities at the venue are impressive which made the entire experience for our guests comfortable and enjoyable.
