I am happy to share the feedback on my experiences at Moongate site in the first week of December, 2023. The infrastructural facilities including outdoor spots, landscaping, vicinity, spacious rooms, indoor furnishings, unmatched maintenance, events ecosystem, cleanliness etc etc. were par excellence. The entire accommodation was with extraordinary optimal services. The staff was supportive, responsive and available 24x7 to provide utmost care to the residents. What ever was promised by Mr Suraj was translated by his team into action honestly. Mr Suraj was seen to give personal touches himself to the improvised outcomes . Moreover, the venue team helped us to find , provide those facilities which were beyond its protocol services. The human touch created at almost all the wedding events made them more lively and memorable. Both sides , Bride and Groom, enjoyed their stay, fulfilled their dreams, solemnised their family ceremonies and made the uncountable , voluminous, unforgettable moments for the years to come. May the Moongate team keep their spirit of”WALK THE TALK “ alive! 🤓🤓
