Such a great experience at surya grand Bell staff was excellent -in this hotel made everything go smoothly when we arrived and departed. Concierge service was excellent - it was very helpful in making several reservations for us. Food at lunch was great. Selection and quality was very much appreciated. (The staff) is one of best parts of staying at the grand hotel . Everyone is very thoughtful and caring to we enjoyed the stay over there!!
