Space Available at The Pergola Bangalore
The venue boasts a spacious outdoor lawn that can comfortably accommodate up to 300-500 guests, making it an ideal venue for large-scale events. The space is adorned with beautiful pergolas, lush greenery, and well-manicured gardens that create an enchanting ambiance for any occasion. They cover 13,000 SqFt. and a great place for corporate events or even a private party with a capacity of up to 500 people.
Sit-out and Lawn area : The outdoor lawn can accommodate around 120 chairs. Comfort Seating with Cane Sofas is recommended on the lawn area, which can accommodate around 30 to 40 people. Alternatively, an additional 120 chairs can be placed on the Lawn for evening functions (for day-time functions, additional shamiana is recommended). There are two rooms available at the venue.
Roof-top Garden: The rooftop garden can hold around 120 seats and can be utilised for dining purpose
Rooms: Two nicely furnished guest rooms are available on the ground floor for their usage.
Serving Area : Behind the seating area, buffet tables and snack tables can be set up. There are enough facilities for storing water and other commodities and the food can be heated up in a separate utility area provided by the venue. There is no kitchen facilities on the property, and cooking is not permitted there.

This place is a hidden treasure. A beautiful outdoor venue for all type of events. Loved everything about THE PERGOLA. I had the pleasure of having my kid’s first birthday party here. All the guest were very complimentary of the event place & decorations. Koushik (Manager of Pergola) was top notch from the first tour to the end of our event night. The decorator Karthik & his team did amazing job. Again the decoration was top notch. I highly recommend this venue to anyone and everyone. They are very accommodating and devoted to making your special day perfect.

Amazing venue for a small function. Excellent service, Mr Koushik the manager is an awesome person who goes over and beyond to ensure that the client is comfortable, gives suggestions and helps customises based on requirement. The venue is cool, green and the sun doesn't fall inside the venue post 8.30am. Overall great experience. Bathrooms were clean and neat, rooms were clean. Possible cons - Parking availability inside the venue is available only for two to three cars. Outside the venue, since its industrial area parking before 8.30am there is availability but post that it might become difficult. But the adjacent streets are have space available and only 5 mins walking distance max.

Excellent venue for mid size party and place is well maintained and Koushik is very friendly and very supportive. Also he has good contact with service providers and anything we need he will arrange quickly.

Choosing pergola to host my engagement was the best decision. Thanks to Kaushik for the co-ordination and Karthik for the decor. Pergola is a very subtle beautiful area to host any function. Looking forward to collaborate more with the team.

Only place in Bangalore which is open air theatre type /resort type. Pls go and book the place without any doubt. It's an amazing place. Checkout once and I'm sure you will fall in love with his place .Mr.koushik,the manager will make sure all things are in place. He doesn't mind to walk extra few steps to make the function a huge grand success. We conducted our twins 1st birthday and it was amazing... The kids enjoyed it and the ambience was awesome...good job Mr.Koushik.

Total value for money, I had my small and intimate wedding here and the place and decoration was such a hit. Koushik and Girish did a great job and there was no front and back with respect to payments as well, mine was an event with about 100-125 people, and the space was more than enough. Since its a semi outdoor premise and along with the decoration done, the photographers had a lot of ideas for poses. Metro connectivity within a 2KM range is a very good thing, parking and catering space arrangement should be discussed prior with Koushik.

Best venue for small parties like birthday s engagements anniversaries and other. Events both for evening and morning events... They co ordinate well and have good tie up s with event managements, decorators ..u have the independence to choose your own caterers for food.. Lighting might be a challenge for evening events ..you may have to get some extra stage lights other than that best place within the city coverage!

We had booked this place for my wedding on June 22nd. Must say the hall is very good and can accommodate 300-500 people floating crowd. The manager Kaushik is very good and polite person and helpfull too. The decorator Girish did a fantastic job. The decoration was top notch. Altogether it was amazing place.
