if you are looking for wedding decor on your big day and you are choosing ocean pearl gardenia, please stay away from swagatam decorators on the panel. I have given the lowest rating coz one and only reason that is the Decor !! They have this policy of not allowing outside vendor and Thier empanelled vendor as shitty AF. They made me and my family run around like crazy and the end result was so disgusting that i wanted to cry! but it was too late.  From the first meeting, we were very generous in spoon feeding them with ideas and they could not even make proper presentation of the work. we did that. That wasn't all. They gave us a POC, we put all our heart and efforts in explaining her about what we were looking for. Met her 4-5 times in 2 months for 4-5 hours each and guess what, she left the organization 2 weeks before the wedding due to the clash between her and her boss who wasn't there in any of the meetings..For Gaurav and Pooja, it was just another event but for us, it was the only event! We were scared about this and finally, got another POC one week before the wedding. We went again to the venue and sat with her for 2 hours to ensure that she knows everything and came back home. One day before the function, this managing couple wanted us to do a last meeting so that nothing goes wrong...But that day, we got another shock..the POC that we briefed also left them and now, one day prior to the event, we briefed again for hours to whole new bunch of people  What happened on the event day is something that was a nightmare to us and pinched us like crazy. We spent so many hours with these guys but it went in vain!  Despite of asking them again and again and again to show us the fabrics that were supposed to be used, they didn't and finally they did blunders. On mehndi, i reached the venue and saw that they had used georgette pink color for engagement entrance instead of velvet or satin and it looked absolutely local. They went to purchase the fabric and got new satin.  Engagement decor thankfully turned out to be good after that but then, i was scared about wedding and briefed the team again. What happened on the wedding was something that can not be described in words. Some of the points: 1. They changed the theme from beige and maroon to that local gold, white and maroon despite telling them at least 15 times that we don't want gold color 2. Fabrics and set up was damn dirty! 3. Photo op was not at all neat. Dirty so much 4. Masking was super dirty 5. We paid for real flowers and they put JUST ARTIFICIAL FLOWERS ALL OVER THE PLACE WHICH WERE VERY LOCAL LOOKING. FEELS LIKE WE HAVE BEEN CHEATED 6. MANDAP WAS A DISAPPOINTMENT. PAID FULL amount AND GOT THE SHITTIEST THING EVER! I am sharing some images from the wedding function from reference. You guys can take your own call after that. And yes, we paid the complete amount and I feel like a fool because of that! So guys, do your research before selecting them! So pls guys don't book these decorators for any function coz venue PPL also could not do much about it . And a sorry cant make a dead man alive
