Amazing luxury hotel in East Delhi. I attended a two-day residential wedding, the rooms, the food, services the ambience and decoration was simply awesome. I enquired about my niece wedding there and the staff of sales who attended me everything was so professional (forgot the name of the lady), she briefed me about everything, so minute details she explained me with so patience and surprisingly I never saw a salesperson know her product very well. I really recommend this hotel to everyone. (Value for money, luxury, spacious, amazing staff with smile on their faces with eagerness to help and do the hospitality.

I attended a Wedding yesterday (11.06.2023) at leela hotel east delhi.I was impressed with hotel services and facilities. The food and services was excellent. Had a very good time with my loved ones.

Please don’t book this hotel ever, I am a practising surgeon in Delhi. It was my brother’s roka ceremony on 7/03/2024 at Leela convention hall and hotel surajmal Vihar. Waiters were drunk and one waiter misbehaved with me and on complaining the manager’s reply was: they are from Orissa, that’s how they talk. They will touch your shoulder to talk. On asking the adhar card, they could not provide us with one. So basically they have recruited rapists and criminals to work with them and it’s not at all safe. I will suggest you all not to plan any event in such a hotel. Shame to Leela hotel chain and owner.

Beautiful luxury hotel in Shahdara. Once you come to this area you won’t expect such a beautiful hotel. Courteous staff and great space for wedding. They have various ballrooms to choose from. We booked the sapphire and jade ruby ballroom. Great experience with a wide spread of food which tastes great. Wedding friendly hotel with an entire area dedicated for wedding guests. They are always ready to accommodate all your needs. I enjoyed my whole wedding planning. They have many other event planners attached with them and they did an excellent job. Thank you Sarika. I had my Haldi and wedding function at The Leela on 29th May'23. We also stayed in the venue. I got this venue booked in the month of Feb'23 and since then, it was a very smooth ride in terms of banquet, rooms and food arrangements. I was constantly in touch with Sarika and her team and they were so helpful and made sure that everything goes as planned. First, looking at some of the old reviews, I got worried but it was just perfect. Even the food, everybody just loved punjabi food that was served. We also had people coming from outside India, the team made sure that all the tags with dietary restrictions are placed carefully. The only thing I want to say to Sarika and her team is THANK YOU, you made my day and my family was super happy with the arrangements and food including breakfast. You were always calm, composed that gave me confidence that all the things will go fine and they did go fine on the day. Keep up the good work! Also, for decorations, Gaurav and Bhavya from the wavesflora team were fabulous, everybody loved the decorations. Thank you as well!

I got married at Leela. I had the worst experience with their banquet sales representative SARIKA PANDEY.Please do not deal with her. She is complete liar. Once you book their venue, she will not pick up your calls. I wanted to book some rooms to which she responded please book from booking.com (after calling her 10 times). On top of it, MS PANDEY had the audacity to YELL at me for a complete minute on the day of my wedding. Is this really hospitality? You yell at the bride who is paying you lakhs! Please be beware of this lady.

Its just worst Hotel if you are looking for wedding. 5 Star by category but 1 Star with its hospitality. Book any MCD Community Center but not Leela. They do not know hospitality to be given during any wedding. Service Managers behaviour is poor than Security Guard. Top management is even more ill mannered. They charge per plate but do not know how to serve on Family table during wedding. Cold food served, Chapati/Naan not at all served. Over that no one to hear complaints. Do not chose this hotel at all. This is based on my experience with this hotel. And not only once but twice same experience.

It was a really great experience. Great hospitality. Everything went much smoother than I ever imagined. It felt like home.

We had our ring ceremony at The Leela Ambience Convention Hotel and it was a good experience. It all went just the way we wanted.

One selects a wedding venue which makes the D day most memorable day of their lives. However it seems we went wrong here. we were oblivious to the presence of bunch of thieves inside the venue waiting to spoil the cherishable moments. There was a major theft during the wedding. I fail to understand, what the security staff was meant for with all the CCTV cameras inside the venue. Is there even any security personnel in the control room keeping an eye on the incident where a group 7-8 people stay in the venue for hours, execute the theft and leave unnoticed by the security. Definitely this is not expected from a brand like this, to compromise on security.

They made my big day as uncommon as I had trusted. Everything was magnificent, particularly the delectable nourishment, staff and astounding decorator.They caused me to feel so loose and I never needed to stress I wouldn't recognize what to do in light of the fact that they were there at all times.

they have a superb team in place to understand your requests and they deliver that a 100%. Super effort on their part - had a flawless function. have the best catering and decor team. they are super quick and effecient in their work.

We choose leelas karkardooma as our wedding venue, although food was fine, ambience is good, but services needs to get improved more, also the decor part, the decor on the panel is not very upto mark, so high on budget, also we choose Mr. Gaurav from wave events, initially when i spoke to him, he was very confident about the things discussed, but on the day of function, least expected, the things we demanded and he agreed weren't there, mandap was not ready on time due to which we got late for our pheras, and the most important thing the color theme we decided jaimala and backdrops was absolutely different from what we decided, very very disappointing behaviour by the paneled decorator.

The Leela Ambience had great food. Also the venue looked lovely after the decoration. It was an amazing and awesome place.

It was a nice venue their services were very fast & staff behaviour was very good, rooms were very clean with all necessary facilities, food quality was good & management was awsome.

Leela - Location wise its amazing, and also, the catering was done wonderfully. The set where the event was happening was done beautifully. Ekdum mehlo wali feeling aa rhi thi.
