We had a destination wedding at Tivoli Grand From 20th - 22nd April.We had A great experience.Everything that we were promised was fulfilled by them.The staff was really Co-operative And was able to manage and cater things at correct point of time.Mr.Amit Ji (Manager) & Mrs Anjali Ji and their Team did a great job making my sister’s wedding one most beautiful nd preciouS day of our lives.Their Sevice and hospitality is top notch.The Chef And his team did a great job in providing with the delicious Food preparations all the day.Thumbs To Tivoli Grand Resort Alipur.Looking Forward To have another wedding at the property.

Everything was superb especially the food was very amazing. Chef Narender and his team did a very good job. He was very friendly and polite. Everything went very well. Decor, food and rooms everything was excellent. Highly recommended.

We did our corporate event on 24 & 25th May 2025 for over 1500 people. We wer not sure earlier if we would get best services as there were lot of people. But let me tell you Tivoli did their best and impressed us with their services. We enjoyed the best food even our foreign guests were appreciating a lot about good. I recommend this property 100% to all . They have the best team employed. Thanks.

We had a superb marriage at Tivoli Grand Resort Hotel on 24-25th April 2025.We had total 04 functions. Everything that promised was fulfilled. Chef Mr. Narender & his team did a great job. Food had wide varieties & really delicious. My all the guests appreciated the quality of food. Chat counter- Gol happens, Dahi bhale, chilla and more were really great taste. Decor- Mr. Bhavnish was very co-operative. Decor of wedding ceremony was awesome. Whole arrangement makes myself stress free. Even last minute adjustments were also done. Thanks to Mr. Ramenjeet, Mr. Lalit & his team. Regards,

Extremely poor Service at this Venue...i really hope I had these previous reviews before hosting my function here. It is a nightmare, extremely poor Decoration services, poor staff quality, back to back function booking without adequate staff....will charge you high but in terms of delivery it is minus

My sister got married here and it's a very large and pretty farmhouse. The decor was very pretty and the inhouse services provided were great as well.

*Avoid This Venue at All Costs: A Nightmare Experience* I recently had the misfortune of hosting my wedding at this venue, and it was an unmitigated disaster. The staff's unprofessionalism and dishonesty ruined what should have been a joyous occasion. The sales team, led by Anjali, presented a false narrative of luxury and excellence. However, the reality was starkly different. The food, services, and overall experience were subpar and overpriced. During my wedding, I witnessed four simultaneous events, with guests and staff members yelling at each other. The chaos was unbearable, with brides in tears and grooms furious. To add insult to injury, the venue attempted to extort additional money from me after the event, citing baseless charges. They even colluded with local authorities to detain a guest, which I only resolved by threatening legal action. I strongly advise against booking this venue. The stress, anxiety, and financial burden are not worth it. If you're considering this venue, I'd be happy to share evidence of their malpractices. *Rating: -100% (if possible)*

Would have rated in minus if I could. Save yourself stress, depression, crippling anxiety by avoiding this venue 100%. I got married here in a residential wedding format 2 days and 4 fictions. and they ruined all the beautiful moments by being 1000% unprofessional. They are pathological liars - starting from their sales lady- Anjali. They sell you the place like you are buying luxury, their videos are a lie. Plus all the add on services are a lie and extremely overpriced. The food you will eat in tasting will not be the same food served in your wedding. There were 4 weddings there and everyone were only yelling at the staff members. They fail to serve their customers. Brides were crying. Grooms were screaming. It’s not worth it. Please save your money and get married elsewhere. They deserve to be rated in minus and not 4.2. Don’t get fooled.
