On 11 July I make booking for my sister wedding. The time we went to book resort they told us what they can do and deliver to make her day special but they have done differently the food quality zero the management zero . Room service zero they just want to get booking speaking good words after they receive all your hard earned money money they give service as u are in dharamshala even that is far better then this . On time when we enter to hall before Barat they didn’t even install coolers in garden as it is summer timing on spot they ask extra money to get it done even they don’t tell us booking. We have ask and even paid for pool side jaimala and they have to make ramp they refuse on spot that it can’t done there tiles are broken. They have so much mismanagement even drinks In summer are not cold they are at room temperature we can’t enjoy our sister wedding we have done mistake as we booked Tivoli get karnal plz you all don’t do this . And as we are making review on google they are making fake review to make their dark side hidden PLZ DONT MAKE YOUR SPECIAL EVENT DISTROY DONT DO BOOKINGS WITH THEM
