About The Wedding

The wedding blended modernity with tradition across a series of meticulously planned events. The festivities began with a Mehendi ceremony on January 11th, followed by a lively Sangeet night. On January 12th, the couple exchanged vows in a traditional Phera ceremony, followed by an after-party to close the celebrations. Avantika’s bridal wardrobe beautifully reflected her personal style and the cultural significance of the occasion. For the chooda ceremony, she wore a treasured Banarasi sari passed down from her grandmother, while her bridesmaids donned coordinated pastel ensembles by Label Naibah. The welcome dinner saw Avantika in a chic Self-Portrait outfit, leading to a grand Phera ensemble featuring a custom couture veil by Tarun Tahiliani. Each outfit was thoughtfully selected, including a whimsical Mehendi look by Abhinav Mishra, a dazzling Manish Malhotra creation for the Sangeet, and a custom ITRH dress for the after-party.
