EPICSTORIES

Photographers

I had Himanshu from Epic Stories photograph our engagement celebrations, and honestly, there was never a doubt in my mind about it. I’ve worked with Epic Stories on so many weddings over the years, and I actually met Himanshu at one of them. Somewhere in the middle of all the madness, we ended up having a conversation and I remember telling him way back then, “Whenever I have my first event, you’re going to be the one shooting it.” Himanshu, as a person, brings this incredible warmth and calm energy, and for me, that’s everything. Beyond just the photography, I’ve seen how he interacts with people, with moments, with emotion and I knew I needed that kind of presence around me. He’s insanely creative, wildly talented, and I’ve had the privilege of watching him create magic with so many brides over the years. But experiencing it for myself was something else. He gave me more than just photos - he gave me memories I’ll treasure forever. He is a gem of a person, and I truly couldn’t recommend Epic Stories more - for anyone looking to work with someone who is not just amazing at what he does, but also such a genuinely kind human being.

Kkings Events

Wedding Planners

I could probably write an entire essay trying to summarise just how incredible K-Kings Events has been but no number of words would truly do justice to what Monil, Karishma, and their team brought to our celebration. After doing makeup for brides for over 15 years, I’ve worked with countless planners and I can say with full conviction that the heart of any event lies in the planning team. For me, choosing K-Kings was one of the easiest and best decisions we made. When Nitesh and I met Monil and Karishma over dinner for the very first time, I introduced them as “our wedding planners” before we had even locked a date or a plan to have our event! That’s how sure I was. What followed was a whirlwind we originally planned for Kashmir, then had to change venues four times due to unexpected shifts. Through it all, they were the absolute backbone of our celebration. If I had to credit anyone for the success of our engagement and the love we felt throughout those days it would be this team. From handling production, logistics, vendor coordination, payments, technicals, to even replanning an entire three-event celebration in Bombay within a week - they made it happen. What I appreciated most was their responsiveness, their calm, and their intuitive understanding of what we needed, even before we asked. I trusted every suggestion they made with my eyes closed, and I’m so glad I did. Because it allowed me to be fully present and actually enjoy my own events, stress-free. Their attention to the tiniest details, their warmth as people, and their professionalism it was beyond anything I expected. What you see in the pictures, that magic? That’s KKings. Any bride and groom would be lucky to have them steering the ship. We truly, truly lucked out.

The A-Cube Project

Decorators

I once told Ambika, “You don’t just create magic… You are magic.” And I meant every word. Ambika’s vision, her creativity, her aesthetic sense, and her eye for detail is truly unlike anyone I’ve ever worked with. And coming from someone like me a complete perfectionist and low-key paranoid that says a lot. I usually need to be in control of every detail… and yet, for our Roka, I had no idea what the decor was going to look like until I walked in. That’s how much I trusted her. And when I did walk in, I was honestly in awe. She created a space that was more beautiful than I could’ve ever imagined. A Cube Project is truly phenomenal at what they do. They’re meticulous, imaginative, and they bring this effortless elegance to everything they touch. But more than that, they’re led by this absolute powerhouse of a woman - Ambika - who is the heart and soul of it all. She’s a true boss babe with a vision that’s beyond. Every single theme, every mood board, every aesthetic across our 3 events that was entirely her. And I couldn’t be more grateful that she was the one who brought it all to life.

Shradha Luthra

Bridal Makeup Artists

For makeup, of course, I did it myself. I specialise in bridal makeup, and there was no way I could trust anyone else with mine. It’s actually so funny how often I get asked this every time I do someone else’s makeup! I did my makeup for all of my engagement events, and for the main Roka, I chose to do my signature Minimal Magic - the look I’m most known for, and honestly, the most requested. It’s perfect for the new age bride who doesn’t love heavy makeup but still wants to feel her most beautiful.

DJ Ganesh

DJs

We had DJ Ganesh and Ayush (almostayush on Instagram), who was recommended by Monil, the founder of KKings Events bring the house down, and it turned into the most unforgettable night. Truly one of the most fun times we’ve ever had!

Sabyasachi Mukherjee

Bridal Wear

For the main Roka, both Nitesh and I wore ivory Sabyasachi - mine was a lace lehenga with a pearl-studded bralette blouse, modern yet timeless, and I added an extra stole with delicate pearl tassels to bring in some drama around the wrist.

Tarun Tahiliani

Bridal Wear

For the celebration night, I wore a beautifully intricate Kashida lehenga by Tarun Tahiliani - every thread was so artful. This night was extra special because I decided to twin with my mom and sister - you’re never too old to play dress-up, right? My mom wore a Kashida saree from Tarun Tahiliani, styled with a stole and an extra dupatta for a layered, regal feel. My sister wore a printed lehenga in the same colour scheme, also by TT. I love layering - whether it’s jewellery or clothing - I feel like it adds such depth and character to your whole look.

Falguni Shane Peacock

Bridal Wear

For the sit-down dinner, I wore a custom burgundy Falguni Shane Peacock outfit. I instantly fell in love with the colour and blouse silhouette. Nitesh wore a classic black tux. I was sure each of our three looks felt distinct yet cohesive.

Rare Heritage

Jewellery

Jewellery-wise, for the Sabya look, I wore a diamond and pink sapphire set from Rare Heritage. Pink sapphires are so unique - dainty, feminine, and something you don’t see often.

Raniwala Jewellers

Jewellery

For the Tarun lehenga, I opted for a regal set from Raniwala - a very statement choker, studs, and no maangtika or heavy hand jewellery since I feel like the necklace was statement enough.

HM Diwan & Sons

Jewellery

And for the Falguni look, I wore a solitaire choker from HM Diwan Jewellers.
