We had booked this venue for my two functions: engagement and mehendi. The arrangements were not upto mark and the decor was not at all the way we discussed. Had to schedule many meetings with the staff which never worked out well. The staff is very unprofessional and keeps changing their statements every other time. They will never give you a proper invoice or agreement. Just some handwritten notes over whatsapp. Moreover after getting full payment from us they changed our one venue at last moment and told us there was some management misunderstanding. This left us and our guests very confused. Just giving 2 stars because of the number of rooms they have. This was the only hotel with venue in chattarpur where we could book 35rooms for our guests and family.
