Recently attended a Sagan event at Leela Ambience Hotel and was completely astonished with services, food and the hospitality of the hotel. The quality they are providing is unmatchable along with luxurious space. I would like to strongly recommend this hotel.

We had a dream wedding here !! Full marks for superb location !! The entire team of Leela is just amazing !! Their hard work, creativity, passion and perfection made our wedding memorable event for us and all our guests!! Amazing luxury hotel in East Delhi. I attended a two-day residential wedding, the rooms, the food, services the ambience and decoration was simply awesome. I enquired about my niece wedding there and the staff of sales who attended me everything was so professional (forgot the name of the lady), she briefed me about everything, so minute details she explained me with so patience and surprisingly I never saw a salesperson know her product very well. I really recommend this hotel to everyone. (Value for money, luxury, spacious, amazing staff with smile on their faces with eagerness to help and do the hospitality.

I had my Haldi and wedding function at The Leela on 29th May'23. We also stayed in the venue. I got this venue booked in the month of Feb'23 and since then, it was a very smooth ride in terms of banquet, rooms and food arrangements. I was constantly in touch with Sarika and her team and they were so helpful and made sure that everything goes as planned. First, looking at some of the old reviews, I got worried but it was just perfect. Even the food, everybody just loved punjabi food that was served. We also had people coming from outside India, the team made sure that all the tags with dietary restrictions are placed carefully. The only thing I want to say to Sarika and her team is THANK YOU, you made my day and my family was super happy with the arrangements and food including breakfast. You were always calm, composed that gave me confidence that all the things will go fine and they did go fine on the day. Keep up the good work! Also, for decorations, Gaurav and Bhavya from the wavesflora team were fabulous, everybody loved the decorations. Thank you as well!

I got married at Leela. I had the worst experience with their banquet sales representative SARIKA PANDEY.Please do not deal with her. She is complete liar. Once you book their venue, she will not pick up your calls. I wanted to book some rooms to which she responded please book from booking.com (after calling her 10 times). On top of it, MS PANDEY had the audacity to YELL at me for a complete minute on the day of my wedding. Is this really hospitality? You yell at the bride who is paying you lakhs! Please be beware of this lady.

Its just worst Hotel if you are looking for wedding. 5 Star by category but 1 Star with its hospitality. Book any MCD Community Center but not Leela. They do not know hospitality to be given during any wedding. Service Managers behaviour is poor than Security Guard. Top management is even more ill mannered. They charge per plate but do not know how to serve on Family table during wedding. Cold food served, Chapati/Naan not at all served. Over that no one to hear complaints. Do not chose this hotel at all. This is based on my experience with this hotel. And not only once but twice same experience.
